PAYMENT

You can use one of the following payment methods:  PayPal,  Shop Pay,  American Express,  Visa,  Visa Electron,  Master,  Mastercard, bancontact, cash on delivery (payment on delivery, additional service at a cost of €6 on top of the order total even in the case of free shipping).
We do not accept cash, checks and telephone orders are not accepted.

Once the order is completed, a payment authorization will be automatically requested to verify the validity of the card and the availability of funds.

Payment with virtual cards is not recommended as, although accepted, they could cause problems in managing refunds in the event of a return. Actual payment

occurs upon completion of the order.

During promotional periods, COUPON CODES that give the right to discounts on items, categories and shipping cannot be used and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.

The transmission of payment information takes place via the  highest safety standard  thanks to the adoption of the most advanced coding systems  (SSL): credit card data will be completely unreadable to third parties. Caracciolo Group uses only protected connections, as demonstrated by the prefix “https” that appears in the address bar of the browser.

If you have chosen to pay by credit card but are unable to complete the transaction, check that you have entered the data relating to the selected payment method correctly. If the problem persists, we recommend contacting the Issuing Institute.

If at the time of shipment any item is not available, the amount charged will correspond to the items actually shipped.

You can request an invoice by entering your tax code. You can choose to enter data other than the delivery data by indicating the invoice address different from the shipping address. Entering an Italian tax code is essential for issuing an invoice. Without this data it is not possible to issue it. If you are a foreign citizen or do not enter your tax code, you will still be sent a receipt.
