RETURNS ITALY AND EUROPE
You can make a return within 30 days from the day of delivery.
Before requesting a return, make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.
You will find in the following paragraphs more information on how to request a return and how to send the package to us.
RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EU
It is not possible to return from non-EU countries.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
- Access your account, click on the icon at the top right and log in to www.fusarouomo.eu.
- The system will send you an email with a unique code to enter in order to complete access
- In the ORDERS section of your dashboard, click on the order you want to return.
- Open the tab, on the right of the title you will find the wording "Return" which you will have to click on.
- Enter all the fields of interest, specifying:
- the reason for the return,
- what do you want between: exchange, shopping voucher on the site, credit (in the case of an exchange, specify which product/size you want to replace the item with).
Once the return request has been entered, our customer care service will evaluate the feasibility of the request within 14 days and in case of a positive response will confirm the procedure. In this case you will receive a confirmation email.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive the label via email to apply to the package you will send to us.
PACKAGE SHIPPING
Make sure the package is well sealed, apply the label you received via email and contact the courier you prefer or the post office to send it. Make sure you send the package to us within 14 days from confirming the return request, after this period the return request will be automatically cancelled.
FOR ITALY ONLY: if you want the collection to be booked by Fusaro Antonio at your address, we remind you that you will have to bear the cost of €12 for the collection service. This cost is borne by the customer in all cases (refund, voucher) and will be deducted from the refunded amount or the value of the voucher.

GET YOUR REFUND OR VOUCHER
After receiving and verifying your return we will within 14 days:
- to the reimbursement of the sum in the same payment method used during the purchase;
- when the voucher is issued to spend on our site and which you can also use to change size.
We remind you that the time needed to view the refund on your account may also vary based on your credit institution. You can check the status of your return via your personal page or from the "ORDER STATUS" section.
For security reasons we cannot refund to a card other than the one used for purchase.
