RETURNS ITALY AND EUROPE

You can make a return within 30 days from the day of delivery.

Before making a return request, make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.

You will find in the following paragraphs more information on how to request a return and how to send us the package.

RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EU

Returns cannot be made from non-EU countries.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST

• Log in to your account, click on the icon at the top right and log in to www.fusarouomo.eu.
• The system will send you an email with a unique code to enter in order to complete the access
• In the section ORDERS from your dashboard click on the order you wish to return.
• Once the tab is open, on the right of the title you will find the wording "Return" which you will have to click on.
• Please enter all fields of interest, specifying:
• the reason for the return,
• what do you want between: exchange, shopping voucher on the site, credit (in the case of an exchange, specify which product/size you want to replace the item with).

Once you have entered the return request, our customer care service will evaluate the feasibility of the request within 14 days and in case of a positive response will confirm the procedure. In this case you will receive a confirmation email.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email with the label to apply to the package you will send us.

SHIPPING THE PACKAGE

Make sure the package is well sealed, apply the label you received by email and contact your preferred courier or the post office to send it. Make sure you send the package to us within  14 days from confirmation of the return request, after which time the return request will be automatically cancelled.

ONLY FOR ITALY: if you want the collection to be booked by Fusaro Antonio at your address, we remind you that you will have to pay the cost of €12 for the collection service. This cost is paid by the customer in all cases (refund, voucher) and will be retained on the refunded amount or on the value of the voucher.

GET A REFUND OR A VOUCHER

After receiving and verifying your return, we will proceed within 14 days to:

• to reimburse the amount using the same payment method used during the purchase;
• when issuing the voucher to be spent on our site and which you can also use to change size.

We remind you that the time required to display the refund on your account may also vary depending on your Credit Institution. You can check the status of your return via your personal page or from the "ORDER STATUS" section.

For security reasons we cannot refund to a card other than the one used for purchase.
