The product you have purchased does not satisfy you? If the size is not right, it is not what you expected or you have simply changed your mind, you can safely return your order or part of it!

Remember that the goods purchased at our online store can only be returned no later than 30 days from the delivery date.
Before making the return request, make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.
All you need to start the procedure is your order number: you can find it in the confirmation email you received at the time of purchase or by consulting your reserved area, which you can access by click here
The return procedure must always be confirmed first by our Customer Service, after which you can choose how to return the goods:

If you decide to request a refund for a product you are returning, you will have to wait for the approval of the file which can take up to a maximum of 30 working days.
You can easily request a voucher to spend on our website or directly in the store, which is valid from the moment the goods to be returned are delivered to our warehouse or in one of our stores.

Standard shipping costs cost € 5, with the exception of orders over € 100, for which shipping is free. However, free shipping may vary during promotional periods.
Do you ship outside Italy?
We deliver all over the world.
When will I receive my package?
Caracciolo Group delivery within 3/5 working days * for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 15:00. For the islands, delivery may take an additional day. Delivery may be delayed during "Promo" periods.
Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday.
The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. After two delivery attempts the package will be sent to our warehouse **.
In the presence of a notice of non-delivery, contact GLS at the reference office.
We recommend that you choose an address where it can be easily found.
It will not be possible to change the address after the order has been completed.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.
It is not possible to indicate the delivery time.
The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday during office hours.
* Delivery may be subject to further delays in promotional periods, but never beyond 30 days as required by the consumer code.
