Remember that the goods purchased at our online store can only be returned no later than 30 days from the date of delivery.
Before making the return request, make sure that the products are in the same condition in which they are you received, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.

If you decide to request a refund for a product you are returning, you will have to wait for the approval of the practice which can take up to a maximum of 30 working days.
You can safely request a voucher to spend on our site or directly in the store, which is valid from the moment the goods to be returned are delivered to our warehouse or to our store.
Shipping costs are never refundable.
