In-store return procedure

Dear Customer,

You can also return your order to one of our Fusaro Antonio Stores. The return can be made within 30 days of delivery and is completely free.

In the event of a damaged garment, before going to the store, we invite you to send a report via email to our dedicated address commerciale@fusarouomo.it within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Before applying for a return, you must make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.

Finally, we remind you that once this return method has been selected, it will not be possible to change it by selecting the return with home collection.

1. REGISTERED USER

Log in to your account, click on the icon at the top right and log in on www.fusarouomo.eu . In the section ORDERS AND RETURNS of your wall click on REQUEST RETURN to fill in the return form, indicating the reason for the return.

2. NOT REGISTERED USER

If you have made the purchase as a guest (guest check-out), access the section ORDER STATUS , present at the bottom of the site in the FOOTER, enter the identification number of the order and the email with which you placed it. Click on REQUEST RETURN to fill in the return form, indicating the reason for the return of the item.

3. PREPARE YOUR RETURN AND DELIVER IT IN STORE

We invite you to fill in the return request, selecting the items to return, the reason and the store closest to you.

At the end of the procedure you will receive a confirmation email, to the address associated with your order, containing a barcode that you must present in the store within 5 days of the online request.

We remind you that in the absence of this email it will not be possible to manage your return.

Put the items to be returned in the same box / shopper in which you received them.

4. GET YOUR REFUND

After delivering your package to the store and after verifying its return, we will refund the returned items and the corresponding amount will be refunded in the same payment method used during the purchase. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the refund cannot be made.

We remind you that the time required to view the refund on your account may also vary according to your credit institution. You can check the status of your return through the personal page or from the "ORDER STATUS" section. For security reasons we cannot refund to a card other than the one of the purchase.

Return procedure with home collection

Dear Customer,

You can make a return within 30 days from the day the delivery took place. We want to inform you that the cost for the return package collection service is € 5.

3. PRINT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND PREPARE THE PACKAGE

After completing the return application you will need to:

  • Print the email received following the return request and insert it inside the package;
  • Print the waybill available in your reserved area and affix it to the outside of the package.

In the absence of these documents, it will not be possible to manage your return request.

We remind you that only the items you have included in your return request will be managed.
Returns for which there is a possible discrepancy between the quantity of items in the package compared to those indicated in the online form, cannot be managed and refunded.
Items belonging to different orders cannot be combined in a single shipment. Each order must have its own return request.
Finally, we invite you to make sure you select the correct number of packages in which you will return the goods (in case of multiple packages you will have to select the right quantity during the online procedure). In these cases, a multiple label will be generated which will identify one or more packages that must be entrusted to the courier.

4. DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO THE COURIER

The courier will collect your return at the address indicated within 24/48 hours of your return request.
We remind you that the entrusting of the return to the courier must be made within the established terms. Otherwise the return will not be accepted.

5. GET YOUR REFUND

After having received and verified your return, we will refund the returned items and the corresponding amount will be refunded in the same payment method used during the purchase. The cost of the return will be withheld automatically, therefore, it is specified that no payment is required to the courier. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the refund cannot be made.
